Can I cancel and get a refund online?

Whether or not you can get a refund and if you can request it online depends on which travel class you chose and how you booked.
 
Online bookings – Standard or Standard Premier
If you decide not to travel, there’s no need to cancel.
 
These tickets are non-refundable but you can change your ticket before the planned departure of your original train – subject to availability – by paying a fee (£30 for Standard, £40 for Standard Premier) plus any difference in fare, per person per leg of the journey. If the new fare is less expensive, unfortunately we can't refund the difference.
 
Please note that the exchange fee and any extra fare must be paid for using the card you used to make the original booking.
 
To exchange tickets booked at eurostar.com, go to Manage a booking and use your six-letter booking reference and last name to log in. Then just click Change journey dates or times and follow the instructions.
 
If you'd rather do it over the phone or in person, a service fee of £10 per transaction applies to Standard and Standard Premier bookings and exchanges made over the phone or at the station.

Online bookings – Business Premier
If you booked at eurostar.com, you can cancel your trip and get a refund until up to 60 days after your planned departure.
 
To refund your Business Premier ticket, go to Manage a booking and use your six-letter booking reference and last name to log in. Then just click Cancel journey and follow the instructions.
 
We'll send you an email when it’s all done and the money will appear in your account within five working days.
 
Phone and station bookings 
Unfortunately, if you booked over the phone or at the station, we can't arrange a refund online.
 
Instead, please email us or call 03432 186 186 (+44 (0)1233 617 575 from outside the UK), making sure you have your six-letter booking reference to hand.
 
Please note that a service fee of £10 per transaction applies to Standard and Standard Premier bookings and exchanges made over the phone or at the station.
